I believe in being fully transparent. As you search around for a therapist you feel connected with, you’ll also want to know what kind of investment you’re making. Please be aware these are my out-of-pocket fees. If using insurance benefits, your fee due may be less. To minimize surprises, please reach out to your insurance carrier and use this form to determine what you would owe at time of service.

Initial Assessment/Intake: $175

55 minute psychotherapy session: $150

Additional Services (such as letter writing, forms, consultation with other providers): $150/hr, prorated

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please give 24hr notice. If 24hr notice is not given, you will be charged a $50 fee. No call/no show will be charged full session fee.

Private Pay + some insurances Accepted. I am in-network with: Cigna, Aetna, Medical Mutual, Ohio Healthy, Optum (UHC, UHC, UMR, Oscar).

If I am Out-of-Network, I can provide you a Superbill you can submit to your insurance as some plans have Out-of-Network benefits.
